Blueberry Cherry Coffee Cake

You should try this great recipe Nikki shared wtih us at my first album retreat.  It was delicious!!

Cake:
3 cups Original Bisquick
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
1 cup plain yogurt
2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
1/4 cup orange juice
1 (3oz) package dried cherries (3/4 cup)

Glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
4 tsp orange juice
1/2 tsp vanilla

Heat oven to 350 degrees.  Generously grease and flour 12 cup bundt cake pan.  Stir Bisquick, sugar, oil, vanilla, eggs and yogurt in a large bowl until mixed.  Stir in remaining ingredients.  Pour into pan.  Bake 50-55 minutes or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean.  Cool 15 minutes: remove from pan.  Cool completely.  Drizzle with glaze.  Best refrigerated before serving.
